$500.00 per server license. However, there are other costs associated with implementation. A website powered by zWebCommurceTM can run between $18k and $100k. A complete implementation of zWebCommurceTM includes full technical discovery, creative, design, development and implementation. Please contact us to discuss the details of this all on one solution.
What makes zWebCommurceTM any better than all the other shopping carts out there?
Unlike most e-commerce / shopping cart solutions on the market today, zWebCommurceTM creates search engine friendly, static urls for each product and product description. This allows search engine spiders to "crawl" every product on your site and index them in their database. With search engine optimization, your product pages can show up in the search engine results, specific to a very specific product search, right when the consumer is looking to buy and after they have searched the broader terms. They know what they want and they are ready to buy.

How can you be so sure my search engine rankings will go up as a result of using this cart?
Search engines often consider a dynamic URL an infinite set of links. Since dynamic URLs find maximum application in online shopping carts, there is a possibility of incorporating a session ID to a particular page. As session IDs of that particular page change, the search engine spider needs to index an infinite number of copies of the same page, which is a Herculean task for them.
Proceeding with the same logic, indexing the same dynamic page might overload the servers of the search engines and therefore prevent the search engines from showing the most relevant information in the fastest possible time.
Here is what Google says about indexing dynamic websites -
Reasons your site may not be included: Your pages are dynamically generated. We are able to index dynamically generated pages. However, because our web crawler can easily overwhelm and crash sites serving dynamic content, we limit the amount of dynamic pages we index. (Source - http://www.google.com/webmasters/)
Therefore, by providing the search engine with static URLs, we can be assured that all products on the site will be crawled and will be more likely to be indexed - and with search engine optimization, you can be sure to rank with the best of them. Yes. Implementation of the zWebCommurceTM suite of eBusiness solutions includes using SSL, the de facto method of securing financial transactions over the Internet. Our application architecture also supports breaking up your Internet site in to several network segments so the different servers in your site are separated by firewalls in your data center. What sort of server does zWebCommurceTM need to run on? What's the application technology?
zWebCommurceTM requires The following: Windows 2000 Server Standard Edition or Windows 2003 Server Web Edition or above Macromedia Cold Fusion MX 6.1 Professional Edition or above (6.1 required for Windows 2003) Internet Explorer 5.0 or above Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 Standard Edition or above. *.NET version launching Spring 2005.
What's the cost of maintaining zWebCommurceTM?
That depends on how and where it is maintained, and who is doing the maintenance. If the site is maintained by internal employees of your organization, the cost is your labor. Hosting fees and licensing fees also need to be considered in the implementation. Please contact us for more information about these costs.
Can our developers have access to the source code for our own customization?
We'd prefer not to, but if you also have Rocket Scientists on staff…and are willing to lose our product support, then we can work something out. For different reasons, we are not able to support implementations that have been altered by rocket scientists not employed by Zunch.
Are there limits to numbers of items in the cart, what can be displayed, etc.?
